At Founders Financial Network we consider the privacy and confidentiality of client information to be of the highest importance. While it is essential to collect personal and private information to properly assist clients in achieving financial goals, all information is held in the strictest confidence. We adhere to the confidentiality rules of the Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.

Our business relationship is based on personal trust and confidence, and, therefore, every measure is taken to ensure that no unauthorized use of any client personal information is allowed. All Founders Financial Network employees are bound by strict agreements to maintain the confidentiality of all client information. We also use a network of other professionals (custodians, money managers, brokers, etc.) to provide some of the services that we offer our clients. Any individual or organization that we use for these purposes is given only the minimal amount of information needed to support that client and is contractually obligated to preserve that information in confidence.

No information is sold or released to anyone about visitors to this site without prior consent or a court order. We do not use "cookies" or collect user IP addresses.

E-mail is an important communication channel between Founders Financial Network and our clients and prospective clients. All e-mail sent to or from our corporate e-mail system is subject to archival and review for compliance with State and Federal securities regulations.
